Tunbridge Wells Foresters vs Cray Wanderers – SCEWFL Premier – Sunday 15th September, 3 pm

Good luck to the Cray Wanderers Women this afternoon as the Wands head to Tunbridge Wells Foresters with both teams starting the SCEWFL Premier league season with impressive wins: KO: 3 pm

Cray have started the season with an FA Cup win at Soccer Elite and followed up with a fine 3-1 win at home to Tonbridge Angels last Sunday. In a match pitting the two promoted sides from the West Division last season, two goals from Katie Jackson, taking her tally to the season to five and a Krystyna Kulishko strike were just reward for a dominant second half performance. The Wands will be in FA Cup action at home to Comets WFC next Sunday but before that will have a tough game against Tunbridge Wells Foresters.

Tunbridge Wells Foresters are an upwardly mobile club and have also started impressively winning 10-1 at Whyteleafe two weeks ago and followed that up with a 5-2 win at Margate last Sunday coming back from 2-0 down at half time with goals from Lauryn Underhill (2), Olivia Carter, Orla Leech and Kelly Moran. Tunbridge Wells Foresters finished league runners up last season missing the title by just two points so this will be a tough but exciting challenge for the Wands.
