Cray Wanderers Women unbeaten start to the 2023/24 season came to an end as Tonbridge Angels advanced to the Semi Finals of the SCEWFL League Cup after a 2-0 victory at Longmead.
The Wands who had drawn at Tonbridge in the league in late November were looking to advance to a Semi-Final with Bromleians but early goals in each half saw Angels go through.
Cray though still have so much to play for and top the SCEWFL Divsion One West on 25 points and are also through to the 3rd Round of the Kent FA Plate.
The Wands are next in action in the league on Sunday 14th January vs Borough Green. Kick off at Flamingo Park at 2 pm.
