Parkwood Rangers Women vs Cray Wanderers Women – SECWFL Premier – Sunday 8th December, 3 pm

Good luck to the Cray Wanderers Women who this afternoon play their first SECWFL Premier League game since 10th November as the Wands visit Parkwood Rangers.  Kick off 3 pm.  Parkwood play on a 3G surface but please take caution as the weather forecast is still wet and windy in the run up to kick off.

Cray come into the game in 5th place on 16 points but do have three games in hand on leaders Sevenoaks Town.  The Wands last game was against Sevenoaks Town in the League Cup last Sunday in a match Sevenoaks won but was a lot closer than the 3-1 scoreline suggests and the game was only decided with the last kick of the match.  Ellie Cole scored the Wands goal in the first half.

Parkwood Rangers are 9th in the table on 6 points but did win their last match in the League Cup also last Sunday beating Glebe 4-2.  Their last league match was a 3-1 defeat at Margate on 24th November.

Good luck to everyone involved with the team travelling to Bexley today and keep safe.

Address:  Bexley Park Sports and Social Club, Calvert Drive, Dartford, Kent DA2 7DA

The Wands final scheduled game in 2024 is next Sunday (15th December) at London Road in the League.  The next home match is on 12th January vs Parkwood Rangers.  Meanwhile in the next round of the Kent FA Plate, the Wands will be away to Larkfield Women on Sunday 19th January.
