Cray Wanderers Women return to SECWFL Premier Division action on Sunday 24th November with a trip to Kings Hill (weather permitting). Kick off at Kings Hill Sports Park at 2 pm.
The match sees Cray Wanderers come into the game in decent form and in 4th place in the league and last Sunday advanced in the Kent FA Plate with a 2-0 win vs London Road at Flamingo Park with goals from Hannah Atkins and Millie Main.
Kings Hill are currently bottom of the table but like Cray Wanderers were promoted last season after winning the SECWFL Division One East and will still need plenty of respect especially on their own ground. Last Sunday they were beaten 0-4 at Maidstone United in the Kent FA Plate.
The teams did meet last season in the 2nd Round of the Kent FA Plate at Flamingo Park on 20th November, 2023 with Cray winning 3-1 with goals from Annemarie Blanche, Grace Dodds and Katie Jackson.
Should the game not go ahead, the Wands next match will be on Sunday 1st December vs Sevenoaks Town in SECWFL Cup at Flamingo Park, 4.30 pm ko.
