In Memoriam – Jeanne Jackson
All at Cray Wanderers are saddened and devastated to learn of the passing of Jeanne Jackson, a valued member of the Cray Wanderers committee for many years who worked as Treasurer and in sponsorship along with her husband Dave and dedicated many hours, days, weeks and years for our cause.
Jeanne had a heart of gold, a real fighter, warrior and carer and dedicated to good causes especially the NHS. Jeanne was always a joy to be around at games either in the stand or boardroom and made the most incredible sandwiches and cakes that were always divine.
She also loved good music and she was the life and soul of the party at the recent Abba and Rod Stewart tributes at Flamingo Park and brought everyone who knew her joy and love.
We send our condolences, love, thoughts and wishes to her son Jim and daughter Lorraine and grandchildren at this difficult time and if there is any solace is that she will be reunited with Dave and a special love in heaven.
