Cray Wanderers are pleased to announce the signing of Freddie Cray to the club for the 2021-22 season. Freddie is a versatile player who impressed in pre-season as a centre-half and also can play just in front of the back four and provides strong running and energy.
Freddie had come through the Charlton Athletic Academy and alongside Liverpool and England centre-half Joe Gomez while at the Valley. Following his release from Charlton he re-ignited his passion for the game with a spell at Stansfeld FC and now comes to Cray full of confidence and promise. He also has the right surname for a future Wands legend.
