Cray Wanderers can announce that Anthony Cook had departed the club to and to move on to pastures new.
Cookie joined Cray Wanderers in the spring of 2021 and in just over three seasons at the club played an impressive 161 games scoring 37 goals including two on his debut vs Lewes in August 2021.
He was a key part of the side which fought off relegation in 2021-22 and then a major influence the following season as Cray Wanderers reached the Isthmian Premier playoffs for the first time. He excelled last season and overall played in every position for Cray Wanderers on the pitch including a couple of stints in goal and a very versatile player.
