A note for Cray Wanderers supporters that after the final day of the Isthmian Premier League season, the Wands finished in 5th place on 74 points and reach the Isthmian Premier Playoffs for the first time in the clubs history.
After a dramatic final scenario, Cray Wanderers drew 2-2 at Haringey Borough on Saturday after first half goals from Dan Bassett and Tom Derry were cancelled out by strikes from Matthew Young and Jorge Djassi-Sambu. Lewes were the only side who could stop the Wands reaching the playoffs but despite winning 3-1 at Canvey Island, Cray edged into the playoffs on goal difference after both sides ended up on 74 points.
Cray will now travel to Hornchurch on Wednesday 26th April in the Semi-Final, ko 7.45 pm and the winners will face Canvey Island or Aveley in the Final on Monday 1st May. More details to follow in due course.
