Sunday 30th May saw a first for Cray Wanderers as the U12s girls team made their debut as part of the Wands setup.
Dan Stanton’s team beat Gravesham 6-1 so got off to a great start and the beginning of a new era of Girls and perhaps down the line Women’s Football at Cray Wanderers. From next season the club is expected to field three girls teams to add to the impressive array of boys youth teams.
Well done to all involved with the U12s and we welcome you to the Wands.
