A note for supporters that the FA Youth Cup 1QR tie between Cray Wanderers vs Dulwich Hamlet tonight will be played at Glebe FC.  Kick off 7.30 pm.

Admission £5 adults/£2 concessions.

Address: Foxbury Avenue (off Perry Street), Chislehurst, Kent BR7 6SD

This has the prospect of being a great game between two sides renowned for their emphasis on youth team football and developing young players.  Neil Smith will be in the dugout for the game and for those that love Friday night football, finishing under the lights this should be a treat.

Please note the game will be played to a finish tonight so if level after 90 minutes will go to extra time and penalties.

We look forward to welcoming the players, management, parents and supporters of Dulwich Hamlet and hope they enjoy their stay this evening.  Dulwich Hamlet like Cray Wanderers have a number of teams represented in the Kent Youth and Selkent Leagues and have a great record in bringing young players through.  They have already played one match in the competition after advancing past Rusthall, 5-2 at home in the Preliminary Round.  Cray Wanderers advanced via a bye after Lordswood withdrew from the competition.

Cray Wanderers FC thank Rocky McMillan and all at Glebe FC for their assistance and help with agreeing to host the tie.

The club is located just off the A222 close to the Vauxhall Garage and a stone’s throw away from the Sidcup bypass. Head down Ashfield Lane if coming via the War Memorial and onto Perry Street. Take a left into Foxbury Avenue and the ground is about 0.4 miles up the road. If you are looking for a bite to eat and a spot of dinner then the Frogpool Manor restaurant is a short walk away but in Chislehurst itself there are plenty of places to eat. The nearest pub is the Sydney Arms in Old Perry Street across from the A222 (it can be a very busy road to cross).
The nearest station is Chislehurst but is close to two miles away. The 269 bus from the station will take you close to the ground.
Sidcup station could also be a possibility with decent links if you are heading back to London. The 260 bus will also take you there either heading to or from Sidcup.
